Bonsai Todo does not collect anything about you. There is no Bonsai server. I cannot see your tasks, and I do not know who you are.
Who I am
Bonsai Todo is made by BEBE BIO Inc., the company behind this policy. I'm the developer, and you can reach me at support@bonsaitodo.com.
What the app stores
Your tasks, lists, and settings are stored on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, they also sync through your own private iCloud account so your iPhone, iPad, and Mac stay in step. That data lives in Apple's iCloud under your Apple Account. It belongs to you, and I have no access to it.
What I collect
Nothing. Bonsai Todo has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking code of any kind. The app never sends your tasks anywhere.
Crash reports
Apple gives developers anonymous, aggregated crash and performance reports for their own apps, and I read mine to fix bugs. These reports come from Apple, not from the app itself, and only from people who have chosen to share analytics with Apple in their device settings. They contain no personal information and cannot be traced back to you.
Payments
Bonsai Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple handles the transaction and your payment details; I never see them. Apple gives me anonymous, aggregated sales reports that do not identify individual customers. Apple's handling of your information is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy.
Children
Bonsai Todo is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no data at all, it collects none from children either.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you the right to access, correct, or delete personal data a company holds about you. I hold none, so there is nothing for me to hand over or erase. To remove your data from your own devices, delete the app; if you use iCloud sync, you can also remove its data in your iCloud settings.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, I will update this page and change the date above.
